Reservation and cancellation policy :

Min. stay : 2 nights (one night stay on special request upon avalaibility, extra charge 25€)
Prices above are valid for an occupancy up to 8 persons.
From 9 to max. 10 pers : 20€/pers/night extra
Children under 3 year : free of charges.
Rental of entire villa for 2 persons (access to 1 room, entire villa at your disposal) : discount -15€/night. Upon availability, not in high season.

Note : only 1 discount applied. In case of more (temporary) discounts, only the most favourable for your stay will be applied.

Honeymooners : special attentions

All mentionned prices are for entire villa and include staff concierge services, local taxes.
payment: 50% at reservation – Balance no later than 6 days before arrival. By banktransfer (free of charges ) or Paypal (+5%)

Cancellations :
By cancelling up to 90 days before arrivals : full refund of total reservation price
From 89 days till 61 days : refund 50% of total of total price of reservation.
From 60 days to arrival : no refund

All refunds exclusive Paypal fees or other credit card fees.

• Please take care of the villa as you would with your own house.
• Check-in time is 2 PM/ Check-out is at 11 AM. A manager will be present to assist you during your check-in and your check-out
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
• No food in the rooms
• Don’t sit with wet swimming clothes in sofa of living-room
• No massages in the bedrooms, use gazebo or sunbeds with towels
• No deposit is required. However, the guest will have to pay for any damage to the accommodation or their facilities.
• No (noisy) party or event is allowed in the villa. No loud music can be played after 22:00.
• We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Help us protect the precious environment by turning off the lights, airconditioners or electronic devices when you leave the villa;
• We are not responsible for theft during your stay. Make sure that you keep your valuables in the lockers in the room when you leave the villa; Close all doors.
• No use of barbeque under the alang-alang (straw) roofs.
• Please note that in order to comply with local and local laws, we are required to take a photo of each guest ID / passport during the check-in procedure.
• The rental of the house means acceptation of this rules.
